There is no shortage of financial tools available to the average investor today through the internet. But just like in the construction world, the tools the pros use are better. And, for example, just as a professional golfer can do more with the same golf clubs that the average person uses, the same financial tools are far more effective in the hands of a professional properly trained to make appropriate and reasonable assumptions and point out the real-world shortcomings that are an inherent part of every technical tool.
